Kodan no Osomatsu-san

The anime "Osomatsu-san" is from Fujio Akatsuka's classic gag manga "Osomatsu-kun," which took Japan by storm. In October 2015, "Osomatsu-san," which depicts helpless adults who are over 20 year old, was adapted into an anime and the series became a social phenomenon, being nominated for the 2016 Ryukyu Word of the Year Award. In 2019, "Eiga no Osomatsu-san," the film version of the series' first full-length original episode, has been released and drew more than 600,000 viewers.
